trekbikes.com has a really good range of bikes, like road bikes, e-bikes, parts, and all that. I was able to find what I needed easily, without clicking around forever. Some sizes were sold out, though, which was a little disappointing, so I’d give it 4 stars.

I bought a Trek online and the bike itself has been solid, so no complaints there. But the sizing guide didn’t really work out for me. I’m usually between sizes, so I went with what they recommended, and once I started riding it, I felt a little too stretched out. I ended up swapping the stem after a few rides to make it more comfortable. Not saying it’s a scam, but I do wish the fit info had been clearer before I ordered. It’s not a dealbreaker, just kind of frustrating.

I used the financing option for my bike and, to be fair, it did work. The payment page, though, was kind of confusing and took me longer than it probably should have. Always love a mini puzzle right before spending money. Overall, not bad, but the checkout process could definitely be smoother.

The staff was super friendly and actually took the time to explain what they worked on, which I appreciated. My bike rides so much better now. It did take a day longer than they originally told me, but the service was solid and I’d go back.

I ordered a bike from trekbikes expecting it to be mostly ready to ride, but the assembly was a lot worse than I expected. The front brake was rubbing badly, the handlebars weren’t straight, and the gears started skipping right away. Before I could even take it out, I had to bring it to a local bike shop, and they ended up finding some loose bolts too. When I reached out to support, they basically told me to go to a dealer, which kind of defeated the whole point of ordering online. I was really looking forward to the bike, but the whole experience left me frustrated and disappointed

I’ve had this for about 8 months now and it’s been riding really well overall. No major issues so far, and the battery still holds up better than I expected, which feels like a small win since I use it often. The only reason I’m taking off a star is the brakes have gotten a bit squeaky, but other than that, I’m happy with it
